Meet the Team

Sarah Sambou

DIRECTOR

Sarah is the Founder of The Property PA and has over 15 years experience in Property Management. Professional and down to earth, great customer service is important to her and she gets huge job satisfaction from problem solving and achieving the desired end goal.

Amie Hodgson

LETTINGS MANAGER

Amie manages all aspects of letting properties, from appraisals to marketing, viewings and referencing to find the perfect tenant for our clients. Amie's bubbly nature and close to 10 years experience in managing, selling and letting properties make her a joy to work with. Outside of work, Amie has a young family and has created the perfect work life balance role with The Property PA, we'd be lost without her!

Donna Kerr

PROPERTY MANAGER

Donna Kerr is our dedicated Property Manager, bringing energy, organisation, and genuine care to everything she does. Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Donna takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants.

Having moved around with her career, Donna loves being back where she grew up and is a proud Southender! She is a fur mummy to Rosie, a golden cocker spaniel, and regularly makes use of the city’s award winning beaches and parks. 

Peter Bond

INSPECTION & INVENTORY CLERK

Pete is our 'out and about' guy! He is regularly visiting our managed properties to carry out friendly and relaxed property inspections, ensuring compliance for the landlord and catching up with tenants and any maintenance issues they may want to report. Pete also prepares the inventories prior to tenants moving in with meticulous detail, an inventory is fantastic evidence to help avoid any end of tenancy disputes. Pete has a love of music and is a regular DJ on the radio and a local music event.
